The students residence of Ecole Polytechnique in Palaiseau
CCEI was chosen by the Ecole Polytechnique to find the means to build on the state’s land lodging for 500 students.
CCEI found a long term financing with public subsidies.
500 rooms will be delivered in 2005 and 2006 by the Société Nationale Immobilière, the promoter assisted by C.C.E.I.

The program put together by CCEI is based on long term financing and public subsidies.
In exchange, the School has signed an agreement for a long term lease.
