STRASBOURG-SHILTIGHEIM 25 000 m2 EX-BREWERY
The company Adelshoffen and its shareholder Heineken have sold to the city of Schiltigheim (Urban community of Strasbourg) a former brewery (25 000 m2). The project : to create community services and merchants activity, to set up parks and recreationnal areas. CCEI , a specialist in redevelopment of industrial sites, has been advising the Adelshoffen Brewery since August of 2000. when it decided to close this brewery.

CCEI Student residence
CCEI will deliver, in the summer of 2002, a student residence with 148 studios to the company HLM, in Kremlin-Bicetre (Salengro area). Total cost of the project : 6.1 million euros.
A few years ago, CCEI had already produced another student residence for the INA School in same city.
