Fondis, an investment fund managed by CDC Ixis Immo, has purchased the shopping center « Centr’ill » in Illkirch Graffenstaden (urban community of Strasbourg) : 6659 square meters including a supermarket, a shopping mall with 20 stores, 170 parking spaces.

Polytechnique School , 270 students rooms
CCEI (P. Yaiche) was mandated by the Polytechnique School of Engineering to manage the construction of a first progam of 270 rooms for the students of the school. To be ready in september 2004. On the Palaiseau campus, the site currently has 4 buildings with 903 rooms. By 2007, the school will need a total of 1400 rooms.
